Living Well in Idaho
The program is a 6-week series of two hour sessions that address topics important for effective self-management of chronic conditions such as:

High blood pressure

Heart disease

Depression
The topics covered include:

Physical activity and nutrition

Dealing with emotions

Pain and fatigue management

Breathing and relaxation

Communication skills

Working with your health professionals

Depression and positive thinking
Each session includes activities to build skills both in the topic areas of the day as well as teaching problem-solving and action planning skills.
